Central Susquehanna Valley’s Veterinary Emergency Hospital
The doctors and staff at the Animal Emergency Center are dedicated to emergency and critical care for small animals. We’re here when your regular veterinarian can’t be. We are located in central Pennsylvania, which allows us to serve patients from a very large area.
We are fully staffed with a veterinarian and technicians on-site during our hours of operation; if your pet is hospitalized here, they will never be left alone. We provide emergency veterinary care to patients during nights and all day on weekends and holidays. Our primary focus is to provide your pet with the urgent care they need as quickly and effectively as possible.
Realizing the need for pet emergency care after hours for the community, 10 veterinary hospitals collaborated to establish the Animal Emergency Center in 1999. We began seeing patients in a small clinic just up the road on Susquehanna Trail and later moved to our own facility, built from the ground up and designed exclusively for emergency services.

- We have used the clinic many times when our furkids were in need. The staff, from front to back, were always outstanding. The fees are quite reasonable for an emergency clinic, and we have always been treated with the utmost respect. Because of the breeds we have, care can be difficult due to personalities and the staff has always been great. I would and have recommend this clinic to anyone in need.
